Good Shepherd Anglican Church, Waynesboro, Va., held it first public service at Bethany Lutheran Church, 712 W. Main Street, which is to be their regular venue until further notice. Sixteen people were in attendance. Bishop Robinson preached and celebrated, and is going to be Vicar of the Parish.
